Locally-owned. Built to outlast the franchise model.
Fix&Go was founded in Spokane to do garage door service the way it should be done — by employees, with stocked trucks, fixed pricing, and a written warranty.
Our story
Fix&Go was founded by a senior tech who'd spent a decade working under three different national franchise banners across the Inland Northwest. He kept seeing the same pattern: subcontracted technicians billing by the hour, trucks empty of parts, and customers paying twice for what should have been a single visit. Spokane deserved better.
We started in 2021 with one fully-stocked truck, a Spokane phone number, and a single rule: every job is finished on the first visit, with parts already on the truck, billed at a flat rate quoted before work begins. Three years later we run a fleet across Spokane and the Idaho panhandle — but the rule hasn't changed.
Our standards
- Licensed in WA and ID. Every technician carries the proper state credentials in both jurisdictions.
- W-2 employees only. We hire, train, drug-test, and background-check every member of the team. No 1099 lead-broker work.
- Stocked trucks. Every vehicle carries 1,800+ parts so 96% of repairs finish in one visit.
- Flat-rate pricing. Quoted in writing on a tablet before work begins. The price you see is the price you pay.
- Written warranties. Lifetime on Premium torsion springs. 2-year on parts. 1-year on labor.
- Continuing education. Every technician completes annual IDA and UL 325 safety training.
