NFPA 80 fire door inspection & certification
Washington State Fire Code (WAC 51-54A) requires annual drop-testing and written certification of every rolling fire door. Failed testing is one of the most common code citations during fire marshal inspections of commercial occupancies in Spokane, Yakima, and the Tri-Cities. Our NFPA 80 / NFPA 105 certified inspectors perform the drop test, document the result, complete any required reset of the fusible link or release mechanism, and supply the written record the AHJ requires. Failed-test repairs are scheduled within the 30-day correction window.

Quarterly PM customers also receive a guaranteed 4-hour emergency response window and a 10% discount on any unplanned repair.
